1. Professional Services

TARTGET Labs SL provides high-end digital and physical solutions for artists. This includes custom web design, social media management, and exhibition production. Each service is governed by a specific project agreement and quotation.

2. Intellectual Property

TARTGET Labs SL respects the creative integrity of the artist. Authorship and ownership of artworks belong exclusively to the artist. By using our services, the artist grants TARTGET Labs SL a license to use artwork imagery solely for the promotion of the project or exhibition contracted.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in our digital developments and exhibition management, TARTGET Labs SL is not responsible for external technical failures or third-party platform changes (e.g., social media algorithm updates).

4. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by Spanish Law. Any dispute arising from the services provided by TARTGET Labs SL will be resolved in the Courts of Ciudad Real, Spain.
